    You can also make an account by IG Markets

    There you can buy Level II Quotes (1$ per month)

    For German Quotes you can go to finanznachrichten.de

    You could always use Equity Feed...they are the best and most complete that i have seen. I am through Schwab and i like their service a lot but their level 2 is lacking...its OK but its not Equityfeed
