Default IGSM - IGSM Group Inc. (Pink) Low float; Early bird Alert ~

I don't post many, but when I do I like them to have a min. 500% upside potential.

    IGSM

Hearing this one is being prepped for a run. Very early alert..

Company has been in a quiet period while working with Salberg & Company to prepare audited financials, which is necessary for them to up list from the pinks. The 10k is finally in final stages of being completed (if not completed already). I'm hearing the release of the 10k will coincide with a large float lock down campaign, the likes of STHG, which ran from 0005 to over .02

IGSM share structure makes this rumor more credible...and is very appealing!

Share structure for (IGSM GROUP INC.) as of: 8-23-10

    Authorized: 495,000,000
    Outstanding: 485,101,266
    Restricted: 285,959,690
    Float: 199,141,576

The company has not raised the authorized in quite sometime and there are no plans to do so, therefore the o/s will remain maxed out and no dilution can occur. This is a huge catalyst for a triple zero stock.
Normally on these types of plays the a/s is maxed out north of a billion, but with only 495 million a/s and throw in a sprinkling of news IGSM could provide a massive opportunity imo.

Put it on your watch list for volume...

    Default Question

"Company has been in a quiet period while working with Salberg & Company to prepare audited financials, which is necessary for them to up list from the pinks. The 10k is finally in final stages of being completed (if not completed already). " I looked on the net trieng to find something on this and could not find anything not even on igsm's website. Could u point me in the right direction?
